Delivery & returns
Delivery
We strive to deliver your purchased items as soon as possible. All orders are processed as soon as the transaction is complete. When your culottes are packed and ready to be shipped - you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please note that any extra taxes and duties due to the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
Domestic shipping (Sweden)
• Postnord: 65 SEK
• Budbee Home delivery: 60 kr
• Budbee Box: XS - 33 kr, S - 38 kr, M - 43 kr
Packages can be collected at your local post office. Postnord & Budbee operates Monday to Friday for Sweden-based customers. Therefore we only process orders during these days. Typically deliveries take about 1-3 workdays, but we are not to be held responsible for delayed deliveries since we are not accountable for unexpected proceedings. Please note that packages not contained within 14 days will be returned to Culotte Club's webbshop.
Returns
Due to our hygiene policy - we do not accept returns on our Culotte panties.
Within 14 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a refund.
If you wish to return your item, please notify us by email at info@culotteclub.com
Please include your order number and specify what item you wish to return.
Domestic shipping (Sweden)
Your package includes a return label. Attach the return label on the package you wish to return and hand it in to your closest PostNord service point. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return. 40 SEK will be withdrawn from your refund.

International shipping
Customer is responsible for the return of the items.
Refund
You can register products for a refund within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Please ensure the Culotte top is unworn, unwashed, and placed in the initial packaging. If this is not respected, we will not accept your return. The customer is accountable for returns shipping costs, except in the event of a faulty item.
Please keep the return postage tracking information for your records as proof of shipping. Culotte Club will not be held responsible for tracking your return to us or lost items. The cost of the original freight and returns fee will not be reimbursed or refunded, except in the instance of faulty items.
Exchanges
Culotte does not offer direct exchange. If you are interested in a different size, color or style, please return your items to us and simply purchase the new pieces separately.
Damaged or faulty item
If you have obtained a damaged or faulty item, please notify us by email at info@culotteclub.com within 14 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a refund. After 14 days, we will try to rectify or obtain a replacement.
