Where does CULOTTE ship?

Culotte only ships within the EU. 

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express), Klarna Payments and Swish.

When will my credit card be refunded?
Once the goods have been received, your money will be processed within two weeks.

How do I return a damaged or faulty item?
If you have obtained a damaged or faulty item, please notify us by email at info@culotteclub.com within 14 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a refund. After 14 days, we will try to rectify or obtain a replacement.
